Is a large hotel with a luxury fine dine Restaurant on looking for a Restaurant Manager with fine dine restaurant experience. The Restaurant is approx. 70/80 seater, some outside space for summer dining.

The Job.....
This is a Restaurant Managers position in a Fine Dine Restaurant, maintaining 5 star standards and customer service in this friendly run operation. This is a managers position so you need to be able to manage a team, be super customer focused, and have an extraordinary eye for detail as a Restaurant Manager. Have good wine & sommelier experience to be able to upsell to the pallet of your regular patrons.

The Person specification...

Previous experience in Restaurant management is essential
Particular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellence
Be able to manage a small team for maximum effectiveness
A strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5 star service
Have a background in Fine Dine Restaurants
Own transport is probably required as public transport is limited
