Your new roleStarting in September, you will work as part of the Art department made up of a group of specialist teachers. You will be responsible for:
- Teaching art from KS3-5 and some Textiles within this.
- Full teaching responsibilities including planning and preparation.
- Pastoral responsibilities with a form group
- Taking part in departmental meetings and actively contributing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold a valid PGCE with QTS or an experienced PCET Qualified teacher.
- Registered with the education workforce council.
- Experience of teaching art and textiles in a secondary school.
- Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
