Your new schoolHays are currently recruiting for a Food Technology teacher for a comprehensive school in Newport. The school has excellent facilities and the staff work hard to provide clear pathways for the children to succeed. The leadership have a clear vision which creates a focussed and welcoming learning environment for the pupils. Your new roleYou will be employed in the Design & Technology department as a full-time Food Technology teacher including:
- Teaching KS3-5
- Pastoral duties with a form group
- Planning prep and marking
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold a valid PGCE: QTS preferred but PCET qualification will be considered.
- Experience of teaching Food Technology in a comprehensive school.
- Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- NQT's encouraged to apply.
