- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Maintaining Health records (filing System, record management system and spreadsheets)
- Scanning paper records into systems
- Transfer of digital records
- Taking enquires via email and telephone
- Signposting individuals to occupational health support services
- Experienced IT user ideally using SAP would be advantageous
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Accurate with inputting data into systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
