Location: Newport
Salary: £12.53 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (37 hours per week)
Experience Required: Experienced IT user, experience using Microsoft Excel, accurate data input, excellent communication skills, ability to work to strict deadlines

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Assistant for a client based in Newport. This role is temporary full time.Pay Rate: £12.53Hours Per week: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (37 hours per week)Free Parking on site!As an Occupational Health Assistant your duties will include:

Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Maintaining Health records (filing System, record management system and spreadsheets)
Scanning paper records into systems
Transfer of digital records
Taking enquires via email and telephone
Signposting individuals to occupational health support services

The successful candidate for the Occupational Health Assistant role will also need the following skills:

Experienced IT user ideally using SAP would be advantageous
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Accurate with inputting data into systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to solve problems
Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
