The Company:
We are working with an Insurance Broker based in Newquay, who are actively looking for talent to join their team.
This is a growing company who are going through some exciting changes, with this being the ideal time to join a company with numerous development opportunities.
The Role:
As an Account/Development Executive, you'll be required to go out and win New Business as well as service an Existing book of business.
Your responsibilities will include finding the best insurance coverage and premiums to meet clients' needs.
Alongside your drive to acquire new business, you'll also develop a small book of business, allowing you to grow and thrive in your role.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the Insurance industry
- A drive to be New Business focused
- Strong IT, Communication and time management skills
- Strong Negotiation and analytical skills
- Cert CII is preferable however, support will be provided
