As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for leading and developing your team to exceed targets and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and the team
- You will take control and deliver impressive results through your team
- You will communicate effectively and resolve problems with clear direction
- Youll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. Its how youll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more
- Youll make sure that customer journey is at the heart of everything you do and every decision you make
