We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to work on a permanent basis for a well-established company based in Newton Le Willows

The Package:

The salary for the Structural Engineer role is £32,000 to £40,000

You'll also receive other benefits which include the following:

Holidays - 25 days plus bank holidays

The working hours for this role are 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.15 pm / Friday 8.30 am to 15.15pm

This is a new role as the company has recently undergone a change in ownership, bringing with it new collaboration and development opportunities, and is now looking for the right people to help shape and grow the business for the future

The Candidate:

To be the right person for the Structural Engineer role you will require:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
  • Proficient in structural design software (ideally Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, British Standards).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
