Exciting new opportunityfor aPeopleCompliance Coordinatorto join our Governance team on a 12 month fixed term bases. This is will be suitable for an individual that is a self-starter and has experience of driving workloads independently, strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and has a passion for all things data!

The PeopleCompliance Coordinatorwill support the People Governance and Compliance Specialist. Reviewing confidential data and categorising according to GDPR regulations. Identifying Employee data and transferring to our new system.

As part of the People Team you will be empowered and trusted as a data processor and controller of all our employees. You need to be confident in our understanding, discipline, behaviour and culture relating to people data and ensure we store this correctly, appropriately and securely.

  • Identifying and classifying Data
  • Transferring of data to the correct location
  • Ensuring the correct naming convention and correct retention rules are followed.
  • Apply new filing structure, driving data minimisation while ensuring documents are stored appropriately.
  • Ensure data and information is handled in accordance with all data privacy compliance requirements legislative and policy (GDPR).
  • Prioritise workload daily to ensure timescales are met.
  • Maintain current knowledge and awareness of compliance requirements.

What youll need:

  • Experience of HR systems, data management and processes
  • High level knowledge and experience of GDPR
  • Basic knowledge of transactional HR (HR admin, payroll, absence, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training management)
  • CIPD qualification would be desirable.
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.
