Role:
- Position:SEND Teaching Assistant.
- Location: Burton upon Trent
- Salary: 85.55- 105.55 Daily
- Hours of work: Full time, 8:15am-4:15pmTemporary
- Start Date: September 2024
- End Date: July 2025, with the potential to extend into the new academic year
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the classroom Teacher in daily tasks and activities
- Providingsupport to a pupils with ASD,SEMH and Moderate to Severe Learning difficulties
- Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students both physically and mentally
- Preparing resources and the classroom
- Monitor pupil progress and identifying gap in learning
- Building trusting relationships with students and prioritising their social and emotional wellbeing.
Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with previous experience SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) within a Pupil Refferal Unitsetting.
