KS2 Teacher

Location: WF7

Junior School

We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our vibrant junior school, located in the WF7 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about making a positive impact on young minds.

The school are looking for who has experience working in KS2 and is confident managing challenging behaviour if it arises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to confidently manage challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to promoting a positive learning environment and fostering a love of learning in students.
