We wish to recruit a qualified ACA or ACCA Chartered Accountant to join our family run company, which has just celebrated its 10-year anniversary to help us continue the expansion of our practice. Candidates working towards their ACA or ACCA qualification will also be considered.
Reporting to the Senior Management Team.
Reviewing
- and occasional preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities
- corporation tax computations and corporation tax returns
- occasional preparation of self-assessment tax returns
- VAT returns and bookkeeping
- Preparation of management accounts, business plans and cashflows
- Liaising with clients as appropriate
- Strong communications skills
Skills and qualification
- Be professionally qualified at ACA/ACCA level
- Have experience working in practice
- Have excellent IT skills, including good use of Excel
- Xero, Sage and QuickBooks Cloud Accounting software packages desirable
