A commercial construction business are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage a new build and refurb commercial project with a value up to £5 million in Northallerton,North YorkshireThe role:As an experienced Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for running the projectYou will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

A general construction company versed in carrying out new build and refurbishment projects over a wide range of sectors. They have secured their workload by various means of procurement and are conversant in all aspects of tendering procurementThey have an extensive repeat business portfolio of workload since their conception in March of 2003.
The Person:It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager or Manager in a similar new build shed or refurbishment building environment on construction new build or refurb / refurbishment projects. You will have commercial construction experience and worked on projects from £100,000 to £5,000,000.It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness qualification, IT skills as well as a driving licence.If you feel that you have the correct skills for this role then please forward CV's to Adam Shaw on Email
