Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join client's team. The ideal candidate will excel in both sales and customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients from the moment they walk through our doors.



Responsibilities:


  • Sales:
    • Greet and assist customers
    • Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
    • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their inventory, features, and pricing.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the dealership.

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Assist in the preparation and completion of necessary paperwork and financing arrangements.


Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the retail/ whloesale industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
