The Role

As a Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of their operationsoverseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of their facilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the site to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors
• Managing staff rotas and maintaining excellent customer service
• Overseeing health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, security, and maintenance
• Supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities
• Opening and closing the building
  

What Youll Need

• A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to achieve it in-house)
• Ideally, a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (can be obtained in-house)
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
