About the role:
As a Snr Digital Marketing Exec, you'll be responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of our marketing activities, with the aim to increase brand awareness and drive inbound enquiries. This includes delivering marketing campaigns (CRM), day-to-day management of website and social media channels, content creation and managing digital marketing channels.
Although this is a standalone role, you'll be part of a small but great Sales
and Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO,
you'll be a key part of the sales and marketing journey, and will act as the key
point of contact between the business and our sales team.
As the Snr Marketing Exec / Digital Marketing Manager you will have responsibility for:
? The creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
? Management and optimisation of all marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social, Display, PR,
? Creation of marketing content, including blog, web and whitepapers
? Maintenance of the company website, updating content and materials
? Planning and execution of email campaigns
? Conducting marketing analysis and producing regular reporting
? Monitoring customer and competitor insight
? Be the first point of contact for inbound leads and assess their suitability (phone and email)
? Managing the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date
? Support the sales team, communicate the value of our service offering to the sales team and develop sales resources to support the sales journey.
? Support the sales team with the creation of prospective clients and target client lists
.Qualifications/ Skills:
? Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, with a minimum of 1-2 yearsexperience as a Snr digital Marketer or Marketing Manager with some line management experience
? Marketing-related degree or CIM Qualification prefered
? Data-driven and commercially-focused approach, with the ability to communicate results effectively
? Exceptional organization and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
? Hands on experience of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, and social media
? Experience managing CRM/ marketing automation software such as Hubspot or Salesforce. Including the creation of workflows and automation.
? Exceptional content creation skills, including blog creation, corporate documents and presentations.
? Experience working with WordPress
? Strong stakeholder management skills
? Budget and agency management experience
? Experience in B2B or a related industry is desirable but not essential
