The RoleSF Executive are working exclusive with a high growth, investor backed, hospitality business based in Northamptonshire. As they go through their next phase of growth, the business now seeks to strengthen its Leadership Team with the appointment of a new IT Director. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead and develop the company's technology strategy, oversee all aspects of IT roadmap, and ensure that their IT systems and processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals. The Person The successful candidate will be a hands-on technology leader with an extensive background in shaping and delivering an IT strategy within a retail / hospitality environment. You will have experience of overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of an IT infrastructure and networking, as well as managing applications critical to a business operations. You will be a proactive, self-starter with excellent leadership and motivational skills. Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing IT operations within a multisite, retail/hospitality business
  • Strong technical expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with enterprise-level applications such as EPOS systems, inventory management, and CRM software.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and the Azure tech stack is desirable.
  • Background in building, developing and managing a team of IT professionals.
  • Project management skills and experience with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in IT, including cloud computing, mobile computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Background in managing an outsourced end user support desk service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build key relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

PackageThis exciting full-time opportunity is offering a base salary up to £120k plus benefits. As it is a multi-site role, you will be required to travel to the business's sites across the UK.
