- Deliver the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate to learners via a blended learning approach (face-to-face and online).
- The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
- The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train clients in order to help them realise their potential.
- You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Ideally have experience of delivering Health and Social Care qualifications.
- Hold occupational experience within Health and Social Care as a Support Worker or above.
- Must be comfortable delivering remote online training and face to face - 1:1 and group based as required
- Must be IT literate, with confidence to deliver via video platforms e.g. Teams/Zoom.
- Organisational skills are a must.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
