Site Project Support – Salary up to £30,000


We are working with a regional and reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Site Project Support to work on their client site in Northampton.


This is a full time, temp to perm role- Temp side of the role will last between 3 – 6 months and will count towards your probation period.


They are looking to employ a Site Project Support to join their team, and assist with a variety of tasks including finance administration, quality and safety, and project management on the contract.

Key Responsibilities of Site Project Support:

  • Support the administration of the department, maintaining filing systems and office organisation
  • Attend client and site meetings, taking minutes and distributing as required
  • Manage all sub-contractor files, ensuring all compliance is current and up to date at all times, carrying out reviews where necessary
  • Working closely with the project managers, obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto internal systems for approval
  • Any other administration duties as required by the department


Experience Required for Site Project Support:

  • Previous experience in an FM environment is essential, with a keen interest in the Project cycle
  • Excellent administration skills, with strong organisation skills
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external
  • Experience working in a busy and varied office environment


This is a full time, temp to perm role, 40 hours a week and a brilliant chance to join a national FM company. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 hrs, 1 day based at home and the remainder in the office.


Salary is up to £30,000 per annum with excellent company benefits additional to those listed above!
