We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team based in Northampton. This role offers hybrid working and remote working.

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial legal requirements.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives.

Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
