- Coordinating office tasks such as preparing quotes, processing and progressing orders.
- Supporting the external sales team with administrative and sales-related tasks.
- Handling customer queries with professionalism and care.
- Engaging in internal sales activities and supporting new opportunities.
- Contributing to the team's goals and sharing in our success.
- Strong communication skills – written and spoken
- Experience in customer service via email and phone
- Confidence working both independently and within a team
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Solid IT skills, including MS Office
- Sales experience is a plus, but not essential – they will provide full training
- Full-time, Monday to Friday role
