HR Manager

Your new companyAn excellent permanent HR Manager job, within a fast-paced growing SME within Northampton, an opportunity to make the role your own and drive business change. Hybrid-3 days based in the office and 2 days based from home.Your new roleAs a permanent stand-alone HR Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR duties, a true generalist HR Manager role, where you can make a difference.Responsibilities will include:Business partnering with key stakeholders.Implementing HR strategy.Implementing well-being and employee engagement strategies.Supporting with succession planningManaging ER issues from end-end.Designing and delivering training on core HR topics.Managing the end-end recruitment and selection process.This role will suit you if you enjoy driving change and making a difference.You will be required to travel once a month to two other sites.What you'll need to succeedYou must have experience as an HR Manager or Junior HR Manager, ideally within a commercial SME.
