About the Role

A Senior Legal Counsel position as part of a respected, established team, reporting into the Head of Legal. The role involves extensive commercial contracts and general advisory work, negotiating complex, cross-border agreements, including logistics, supply, service, procurement and technology agreements. Additionally, you will advise on ad hoc privacy, governance and commercial property matters, without needing to be an expert in any of these areas.

About You

You will be a mid-senior level E&W or Common Law qualified commercial lawyer with in-house experience and the ability to commute to the Northamptonshire offices three days per week. Any experience within the logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or similar industries will be advantageous but not compulsory. You will be a team player with strong commercial contracts exposure and proven stakeholder engagement ability at all levels.
