We are seeking an experienced HRBP to implement HR processes that support our UK business growth, align with global HR initiatives, and partner with GMs and local line managers. The HR Manager will ensure that our business is well-resourced with appropriately remunerated and developed personnel to achieve desired business outcomes. This role is integral in supporting Global HR services, initiatives, and projects to establish our company as an employer of choice.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Update and implement local HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide support and solutions to management to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with global HR to implement relevant HR processes and stay updated with local employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to procedures and enabling managers to find suitable candidates.
  • Implement talent management processes, including internal talent development and succession planning.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal system, educate staff and managers, and support the annual salary review process.
  • Manage HRIS, such as SuccessFactors, to ensure accurate information and provide quarterly global HR reports.
  • Benchmark remuneration packages, explore employee benefits, conduct salary surveys, and promote wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll, travel policy, pension, and insurance.
  • Report to the Global HR Director and support global HR services, initiatives, and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant HR and business degree essential.
  • Relevant HR experience in a multinational company environment.
  • Experience in all basic HR processes and procedures.
  • Proven track record in implementing HR plans and programs that deliver business outcomes.
  • High-level communication, collaboration, and administrative skills.
