An established and innovative professional services company are looking for an Office Manager to oversee the day to day office operations and to lead in all process and administration across the operations team. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the maintenance of all aspects of the premises, including building and grounds, alarms, cleaning, furniture, and office equipment. As well as managing the office you will be the lead all operations and health and safety processes and procedures, to ensure that they are kept up to date and meet all legal requirements. Also responsibility for ensuring compliance with quality (9001) and environmental/sustainability (14001) accreditations to include ongoing audit and review and ensuring performance. An interesting and varied role. This is a newly created position as the business continues to grow and will suit an experienced Office Manager or Operations Manager who seeks a new challenge who has experience in managing office operations and business administration. You will need to be highly organised and a good collaborator with energy and enthusiasm and "can do" attitude. In particular you will need to show experience in leading health and safety compliance and quality management and good attention to detail
