Irish Payroll Processor Northampton ( Hybrid working )Monday – Friday 8-5 or 9-4Salary £30-40k DOE We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Processor to manage and deliver accurate and compliant payroll services for Ireland. This role ensures the timely processing of payroll, statutory filings, and employee support across HR operations, while partnering with internal stakeholders to maintain service excellence. Key Duties:
  • Process Irish payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees, including statutory deductions and benefits.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations, reconciliations, and payment submissions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
  • Handle payroll queries, complaints, and complex calculations (e.g., overtime, bonuses, commissions).
  • Ensure compliance with Irish tax law and statutory filing requirements.
  • Support HR operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Manage risk events, embed controls, and improve payroll processes.
  • Liaise with Revenue and other regulatory bodies regarding payroll obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide reporting, updates, and insights
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in Irish payroll processing is highly desirable. 
  • Strong understanding of Irish tax, employment legislation, and statutory obligations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Experience with HR back-office systems and payroll applications.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Team leadership and stakeholder management experience is a plus.
