- Process Irish payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees, including statutory deductions and benefits.
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, reconciliations, and payment submissions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Handle payroll queries, complaints, and complex calculations (e.g., overtime, bonuses, commissions).
- Ensure compliance with Irish tax law and statutory filing requirements.
- Support HR operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to service-level agreements.
- Manage risk events, embed controls, and improve payroll processes.
- Liaise with Revenue and other regulatory bodies regarding payroll obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide reporting, updates, and insights
- Proven experience in Irish payroll processing is highly desirable.Â
- Strong understanding of Irish tax, employment legislation, and statutory obligations.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Experience with HR back-office systems and payroll applications.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Team leadership and stakeholder management experience is a plus.
