In this role, you'll be responsible for developing strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and identifying new commercial opportunities to drive growth.
You'll play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, working closely with internal teams to meet client needs, and expanding business with both new and existing customers.
About the Role:
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
-Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and account growth
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client expectations
-Drive revenue and margin growth across your accounts
-Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
About You:
-A proven sales professional with experience growing account volumes, revenue, and profitability
-Previous experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within the food ingredients industry, or from food manufacturing with a willingness and desire to move into this area.
-Confident relationship-builder with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
-Commercially minded, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills
