Day-to-day of the role:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons that inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to achieve their full potential.

Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support individual learning needs.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Maths curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and resources.

Establish effective communication channels with students, parents, and guardians to promote student welfare and academic progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in Maths or a related field.Proven experience teaching Maths, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to engage in reflective practice.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
