Position: Science Teacher
Location: Northamptonshire
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

We are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher who can bring the subject to life and engage students in the wonders of scientific exploration. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the national curriculum for Science and the ability to deliver dynamic lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.
Promote a hands-on and inquiry-based approach to scientific learning, encouraging students to explore and investigate scientific concepts.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
Assess students' understanding and progress, providing effective feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and promote the integration of Science with other subjects.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that enhance students' interest and enthusiasm for Science.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Specialization in Science or a related field.
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 levels.
Thorough knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A passion for Science and the ability to inspire students to explore the subject further.
