About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a housing officer for a housing association in Northampton.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for all areas of tenancy compliance
- Responsible for managing complaints
- Dealing with cases of Domestic Violence, Hate Crimes and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
- Attend resident meetings
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with ASB
- Able to start at short notice
- Knowledge of relevant legislations
