Qualified Social Worker - North Northamptonshire Council - Adult Community Team - Up to £34ph!
To work on Duty as part of the community Team the front door to Adult Social Care screening all referrals coming into the team, screening safeguarding concerns and enquiries as required, signposting and offering advice, screening requests for reviews of packages of care, screening EMAS concerns and PPN. Completing duty visits and attending ARM, Safeguarding Section 42 meetings, or Ward round over Teams.
This would be working daily from the Wellingborough office 9.00am - 5.00pm. Free parking on site.
