Dunbar Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary School in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for education to make a positive impact within a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classroom activities during the short-term absence of the regular teacher.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a constructive learning environment.
- Manage student behavior in line with school policies.
- Provide support to students in their learning and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months UK education-based experience.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable).
- Valid safeguarding certification (desirable).
- Ability to work 5 days a week on a full-time basis.
- Passion for education and supporting student learning.
