* 0600am till 1400pm Monday to Friday

* 3 breaks for 8 hours shift - 2 paid!

We are working in partnership with leading pharmaceutical firm to supply Logistics staff to their National Distribution Centre. D

• Shifts patterns are fixed, there are no rotations and there are no compromise. We have shifts available 0600am-1400pm Monday to Friday
• You must have experience on either PPT/LLOP/P20 or a Forklift is essential (it might also help if you can drive a vehicle). Full training and refreshers will be provided but due to the fast-paced nature of the business it's important you are a competent driver.
• Only a few, but some products can weigh up to 25kg. If are unable to work in a fast paced, manual working environment this role isn't for you.
• Pay parity from day one, which is unheard of in Northampton. No waiting for 12 weeks.

You will be conducting the following duties:

• Picking Items for dispatch in a timely, safe and accurate manner
• Packaging Items for dispatch to a high-quality standard
• Using a Voice Pick headset to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer.
• Using a pallet truck or LLOP to pick heavier items from the grid.

• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are always met.
• Keeping your work area clean and safe

Job Types: Full-time, Contract (No Students or Temporary applicants)

Salary: 13.08 per hour

• Overtime paid at premium rate 18.75/hr and 25.00/hr for Bank Holidays which are worked

Ability to commute/relocate:

• NORTHAMPTON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred) PPT/LLOP/P20 or a Forklift
