We have an opportunity for candidates interested in a Temporary to Permanent Warehouse Operative Position.
Location Crick NN6
The hourly rate is £12.30 per hour.
This is full-time ongoing role Monday to Friday on a day shift 8:45M – 5:15PM.
Day to day duties as a warehouse operative:
- Execute warehouse tasks with precision and efficiency.
- FLT experience preferred although not essential
- Picking products via a manual pick sheet.
- Packing large orders for national customers.
- Wrapping of pallets with use of wrapping machine.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and targets.
- Loading and unloading of stock
- Ability to lift up to 20kg
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is essential.
- Heavy lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
