We are looking for a motivated Architectural Technologist with exceptional technical skills to join an experienced and friendly team in Cheshire. The RIBA chartered practice offers creative bespoke architectural designs across Commercial, Hospitality and Residential projects. The team goes above and beyond to provide imaginative solutions to meet every client's aspiration.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant post qualification experience and should bring creative and imaginative design skills alongside excellent technical abilities. Previous experience working on Residential and Commercial projects is beneficial. Microstation knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
• Significant post-qualification experience
• CIAT accredited, or working towards depending on your level
• Residential and Commercial experience is beneficial
• Able to complete projects in adherence to deadlines
• Strong technical abilities
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
• Confident liaising with clients, stakeholders and the wider team
• Local to the Cheshire area
• Microstation knowledge is essential
