Salary: £26-29,000 Dependant on experience

I'm pleased to be supporting a long-standing client of Penguin Recruitment, who's work predominantly covers the Commercial and Commercial Leisure sectors. Their more recent project work has included Cinemas, Golf and Spa resorts and Holiday Parks and they are Revit and AutoCAD users.

The ideal candidate will have their Part 1 year out industry experience and ideally, post Part 2 experience. You should boast design flare and good technical abilities.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Strong design skills demonstrated throughout your supporting portfolio.
  • Able to complete work to a high standard within the given time frames.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Living in Cheshire with your own mode of transport or within a commutable distance.
  • Ideally you will have relevant project experience.
