Senior Site Manager

I am working with a leading housing developer who is looking for an experienced manager to join their team in Chesire.

The company delivers both affordable and private homes across the North of England and the company pride themselves in their commitment.

Senior Site Manager role

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with the full construction operation including the control and organisation of labour and sub-contractors, Health & Safety, Preparing for Site Inspections, programming site activities, dealing with customer care defects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, positive Assistant Site Manager to play a key part in the growth of an already successful business. In return, you will work with a team that strive to deliver a high-quality product and homes that they can be proud of.

Key skills and Abilities

You must have a proven track record of building new build homes to a high standard, timber framed experience is preferred.

You will possess a 'hands-on' and pro-active approach to problem solving, have good time management and organisational skills with the ability to motivate self and others and work in a team environment.

What's on offer?

The company offer a basic of £55k - £65k dependant on experience, car allowance, bonus and additional company benefits.
