Description
- Providing information and insight to senior stakeholders to help support their decision making
- Create and manage Power BI reports looking at operational performance by product and sector
- Support with data for profitability reporting
- Undertake trend analysis that ensures strategic plans incorporate current business performance and trends
- Collate and prepare KPIs for submission to senior stakeholders
- Support with the preparation of information for the budgeting and forecasting of operational resource
- Support the Operational team with regular reporting from the work force management system and HR system
- Support The Head of Operational Planning with cost benefit analysis and current performance evaluation
- Respond to data requests in real-time to support the operational team
- Provide data solutions, tools and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for operational stakeholders
Provide expertise in assessing the business needs for operational data and be responsible for creating easy to access information.
Profile
We are looking for a CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant or equivalent with great attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong IT skills are a key aspect of the job, with particular emphasis on Excel, Power BI and SQL. The ability to create Power BI reports is critical to the role. Great communication skills are required, as is the ability to work flexibly to meet the changing demands of the business
