Reporting directly into an impressive Head of Finance, your role will be broad and varied:
- This role will focus on business partnering with key stakeholders across your region.
- As a proactive Finance Business Partner, you will provide support, challenge, and insight to the General Managers of each site within your region.
- Providing timely and accurate financial information, analysis, and commentary
- You will build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across your region, recommending solutions and explaining variances to identifying risks and opportunities to drive profitability and performance.
- You will interpret, analyse and communicate the numbers, producing internal Monthly Reporting pack and presenting in the Monthly Review Meetings.
- Provide robust challenge to your business units on the current business performance, able to support the business to undertake corrective action and challenge areas of underperformance.
- You will be highly driven and focussed to add value and impact in this role.
- Providing insight into customer and sales team performance
- Ensure strong financial controls are in place across the entities within your region.
- Support the wider business with various ad hoc Finance projects as required.
Key Skills
- Fully Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Previous experience working within a similar Finance Business Partner role, with strong evidence of delivering value to an organisation.
- Naturally analytical and commercially focussed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to constructively challenge and influence at all levels.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
