Our client operates a leading independent small animal practice across two sites. Their flagship Hospital is an RCVS-accredited small animal hospital, renowned for its gold-standard care and commitment to excellence. Their newly built practice upholds the same high standards, providing exceptional care to pets and their owners in a professional and welcoming environment.

Joining their esteemed team offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to work alongside eight experienced vets, including Advanced Practitioners in Anaesthesia, ECC, Medicine, and a diplomate orthopaedic surgeon. Supported by a dedicated front-of-house team and visiting Specialist vets, they'll contribute to providing outstanding care to a diverse range of patients, including complex and challenging cases.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality first opinion care to patients and clients
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
• Uphold and promote the clinic's commitment to excellence in patient care and client service

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year's veterinary experience preferred, though all levels of experience will be considered
• Genuine passion for animal welfare and commitment to delivering exceptional care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach with a drive for continuous improvement
• Post-graduate qualifications encouraged
