Your new companyHays is working exclusively with a highly reputable, international financial services company based in Norwich. This company has an excellent reputation and track-record of supporting its staff. They have outperformed the market consistently and have a number of exciting ventures that you could be part of. Your new roleThis role will be report to a Senior Finance Manager as part of a team of 15. You will be responsible for delivering financial reporting information for a subdivision of the business, to a high standard and in a timely manner. You will work with the wider finance team, financial leadership and operational leaders to provide detailed insight as needed. You will adhere to various reporting standards and ensure an effective risk management process is followed. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week between Monday and Friday, but there is great flexibility on exact working pattern and hours. What you'll need to succeedYou will have:

A proactive and positive approach to work and be a good problem solver
Strong understanding of technical accounting issues and reporting requirements
Ideally, be fully qualified or actively studying towards full qualification
Have excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
Ideally, an understanding of the audit process
