Are you looking for a new opportunity, to work within a reputable, award-winning business management organisation? R13 are currently working alongside a fantastic company, who are looking for a highly organised individual to join them as a Sales Operations Assistant to provide support to the sales function.

Based in a modern, open plan office in an ideal location in Norwich City Centre, this is a full-time, permanent position working 9.00am - 5.00pm (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is competitive depending on experience.

The day to day:

  • Handling incoming customer queries via phone, email and live chat.
  • Allocating leads to the sales team in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed when new sales are submitted.
  • Ensuring accuracy across inputted data/documentation through detailed cross-checking.
  • Working with internal teams to problem solve and resolve customer queries.
  • Gaining customer feedback in order to proactively improve the customer experience.

You will have/be:

  • Previous operations/admin/customer service experience.
  • Previous experience of process development.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft products, Excel knowledge is essential.
  • An understanding of Salesforce & ISO would be advantageous but not essential.
