As the Regional Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day direction and control of purchasing goods, plant, and services. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will ensure that business objectives around project delivery, profit, risk, and sustainability are met. This role is ideal for someone currently in a senior procurement management role or a senior buyer/supply chain manager looking to take a step up, however construction experience is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing procurement to buying programmes and budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with group purchasing policies and commercial standing instructions.
  • Providing support and direction to purchasing and technical staff.
  • Influencing specifications and ensuring orders reflect supply chain arrangements.
  • Providing market intelligence and supporting the region's bid programme.
  • Liaising with suppliers to achieve best value, delivery, performance, and payment terms.
