R13 Recruitment are working alongside an award-winning company who are looking for a Case Manager to join their growing Norwich-based team. You will spend your day handling complex client queries, investigating and resolving these in a timely manner, as well as, being on hand to support clients with any other issues that arise.

This is a full time, permanent position offering a flexible hybrid working model.

The day to day

  • Handling incoming cases, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with potentially disgruntled clients, providing support and finding diplomatic solutions.
  • Liaising with and developing good relationships with suppliers, so problems can be rectified quickly.
  • Ensuring agreed service levels are being met.
  • Collating relevant data and inputting this onto the company CRM system.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience handling difficult situations (e.g. handling complaints in a customer service environment.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Solutions focused and able to problem solve and negotiate.
  • Passionate about proving outstanding service.
