R13 have the absolute pleasure in recruiting for a Head of Marketing & Comms opportunity for a leading Norfolk institutional establishment. This is a fantastic chance in leading, and supporting the SLT in the directorate of overall strategy and implementation.

Based on the outskirts of Norwich, from vibrant premises, this job is offered on either a FT or PT basis, working up to 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £35,500 per annum DOE (PR/PT).

The day to day:

  • Overseeing the provision of the Marketing and Communications department, as well as brand development and market positioning.
  • Ensuring all digital and marketing tools are utilised, including social media, email marketing, hard-copy collateral to maximise on visibility for all campaigns and events.
  • Management of media relations, press releases and all PR initiatives to enhance public image and reputation.
  • Monitor and analysing marketing performance across all metrics, ensuring full optimisation and creation of strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Providing strong leadership and management, staying ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
  • People management, being able to lead a team across a diverse and complex structure.

You will have/be:

  • Educated to degree level or be QBE, within a Marketing and Communications environment.
  • Proven experience with demonstrable success within a leadership role working for a multi-stakeholder organisation.
  • Vast knowledge of marketing strategies and communication channels.
  • Expert communicator, skilled at engaging with stakeholders at varying levels.
