R13 Recruitment are working alongside an independent UK-wide business in their search for an Internal Account Manager to join their Norwich team. You will be a confident individual with previous account management/customer service experience, who isn’t frightened of negotiating and persuading to secure their business.
This is a full time, permanent position working 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. This role offers a salary of £30,000 plus OTE (50k).

The day to day
- Dealing with incoming queries from existing and potential customers.
- Actively engaging with allocated accounts and approaching new leads.
- Negotiating payment terms with customers to improvement ROI.
- Providing quotes to customers, following these up and sourcing material to satisfy these.
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring these are progressed with suppliers.
- Handling any customer complaints/issues that arise.
You will have/be
- Previous account management/customer service experience.
- Outstanding communications with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Confident handling objections and complaints.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Proactive and forward-thinking attitude.
