Building Surveyor £45,000 + BenefitsHybrid & FlexiblePermanent (37hrs per week)As the Building Surveyor you will… - Be the primary point of contact in the effective delivery of the repairs and void programmes
- Deliver stock condition surveys
- Support the delivery of the annual programmes of capital and cyclical maintenance
- Support with disrepair claims
- Support with investment planning process

What you'll need to be the Building Surveyor... - Degree in Surveying or Member of Chartered Institute of Building Membership or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Construction Design and Management Regulations
- Experience in building surveying and specifically stock condition surveying
- Experience preparing specifications, design drawings and schedules of work for building related maintenance and refurbishment
- Experienced in the use of computer based building asset management systems
