R13 Recruitment are currently supporting a well-known business in their search for a Service & Deployment Team Manager to join their Norwich team. The main focus of your role will be leading a team of individuals, ensuring service levels are maintained and policies are adhered to.

You will be working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this role is £32,000 per annum.

The day to day

  • Taking responsibility for the delivery of activity within your team.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and deployment of engineers.
  • Carrying out performance evaluations and regularly communicating outcomes with the team.
  • Reporting on internal/external performance, utilising the data found in meaningful ways.
  • Maximising team resources and capacity planning to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.

You will have/be

  • Previous management & coaching experience from within a customer service environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to built rapport.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to utilise data to influence and persuade others.
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
  • Strong IT skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
