Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their branch that is based in the Norwich area.
They are looking to offer the successful Assistant Branch Manager:
- Basic salary will be up to £25,000
- Realistic OTE of up to £35,000 (Uncapped)
- 5 day working week
- Full support from the Director
- Career progression
The role of an Assistant Branch Manager will involve:
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Cross-selling
- Sales Progression
- Assist in managing the team
- Driving the business forward
- Provide excellent customer service
The successful Assistant Branch Manager will have:
- Experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Manager
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach
- Team player
- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving license
