Electrical Production Operative

Seeking a hands-on team player for efficient and timely production of company products. Responsibilities include electrical installation, control panel assembly, and copper work.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Electrical installation and wiring in accordance with IET Wriing Regulation and assembly & wiring of control panels and manufacture of copper work.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Adhere to company Quality Manual and procedures.
  • Conduct mechanical assembly, wiring, and equipment checks.
  • Report issues to Production Management.
  • Assist with site-based activities as needed.
  • Uphold company values and culture.
  • Lead best practices in safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as required.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings.
  • Meet production schedules with high quality.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of workplace Health and Safety.
 
Desired:
 
  • Control panel manufacturing understanding.
  • Site working experience.
  • Continuous Improvement experience.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science.
  • City and Guilds level 3 in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Qualified to current IET Wiring Regulations edition (preferred).
