Atkinson Moss Finance are working in an exclusive partnership with Naked Wines, in their recruitment of a Global FP&A Manager. This is a key position in the business, playing a pivotal role in driving analysis and business decision-making across all levels of the organisation, from regional teams to Exec level. This role will have significant exposure to senior management, including to the CFO, CEO, COO and Management Team.

Location: Norwich (city centre - no parking, but ample transport routes)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, accurate, and timely Plc reporting with insightful commentary.
  • Drive local BU board reporting through templates and models.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Commercial FP&A on Global Budget, Forecast, and Outlook processes.
  • Understand, Embed and articulate key performance metrics (sales retention, payback, SS EBIT).
  • Take ownership of the consolidated R&O process (forecast model) and act as a superuser for planning tools.
  • Maintain investment appraisal reporting and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop deeper revenue reporting (weekly, monthly).
  • Be a key contributor to the Annual Report and Results Presentation, liaising with investor relations and external stakeholders.
  • Optimise business results through financial modelling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Work with the Global FP&A team to establish best practices and share success.
  • Bridge the Global Finance and Data teams, ensuring consistent reporting.
  • Deputise for the VP of Commercial FP&A and support ad hoc projects.

Skills required:

  • 5+ years of relevant post qualified financial experience
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Bachelor degree in a related discipline
  • Ideally experience working in fast moving commercial organisation
  • Experience with Looker or Sage nice to have
